Eisuke Tachikawa is a design strategist working to solve social issues that impact our future, such as climate change adaptation and mitigation, renewable energy, circular economy, disaster prevention, and regional revitalization. He continues to transform challenges into hope through the power of design.
Recipient of over 150 design awards, including the world’s first Design for Asia Awards(DFA) Designer of the Year, DFA Grand Prize, Good Design Award Gold Prize, Global Design Award Gold Prize, Golden Pin Award Grand Prix, and German Design Award Gold Prize, earning international acclaim. He has served as a judge for prestigious international competitions such as the ACC Award Design Division, Good Design Award, Design for Asia Awards (DFA), and World Architecture Festival (WAF), remaining deeply engaged in the global creative scene.
Tachikawa is the founder of visionary projects such as ADAPTMENT, an innovative urban adaptation strategy designed for coexistence with ecosystems amid climate change, and OLIVE, an open-design platform dedicated to communities affected by disasters. He also led the world’s largest-scale disaster prevention initiative, the Tokyo Disaster Prevention, demonstrating that design is not merely the pursuit of beauty but a powerful force for protecting lives and advancing society.

Andrew Delios is a leading authority on global strategy, international business and business leadership. For over three decades, he has studied how companies build competitive advantage and expand successfully across borders, drawing lessons from some of the world’s most dynamic markets, but principally Asia. Andrew has lived in Asia for 30 years, including Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan.
He has worked with Fortune 500 firms, Asian multinationals, and government agencies on strategic growth, leadership resilience, business environment analysis and international business expansion. His 100 published academic articles and 8 books yield insights that have shaped how organizations think about navigating political uncertainty, building transnational companies and unlocking performance in complex environments.
Known for his clarity, energy, and global perspective, Andrew connects research and practice with powerful storytelling. His talks challenge leaders to think bigger, act smarter, and lead with purpose in a world increasingly defined by tensions, change and technological and political uncertainty.

Professor Dr. A. K. Enamul Haque

Director General, Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies (BIDS)

Professor Dr. A. K. Enamul Haque is an environmental economist with extensive experience in teaching and research within the field of climate change, agriculture, and urban issues in developing countries with a focus on South Asia in general and Bangladesh in particular. He worked with various national and international organizations, including the World Bank, IUCN, Save the Children, IFC, SANDEE, SANEI, UNDP and GIZ. His academic journey began at the University of Chittagong, where he earned his MSS in Economics and BSS (Hon’s) in Economics. He completed his doctoral degree from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada in Natural Resource Economics.
